FREELANCE SERVICES AGREEMENT This Freelance Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of June 17, 2026, between Your Name ("Contractor") and Client Name ("Client"). 1. SERVICES The Contractor agrees to provide the following services (the "Services"): Web development project including design, development, and testing. Project Start Date: June 17, 2026 Project End Date: July 17, 2026 2. COMPENSATION Client agrees to compensate Contractor for the Services in the amount of $5,000 (the "Total Fee"). Payment Schedule: 50% (2,500) due upon signing, 50% (2,500) due upon project completion. 3. REVISION ROUNDS The Total Fee includes 2 round(s) of revisions. Additional revision rounds beyond this amount will be billed at an hourly rate to be agreed upon. 4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Upon full payment, all work product and intellectual property created by the Contractor under this Agreement shall be the exclusive property of the Client. The Contractor retains the right to use the work as a portfolio sample after project completion. 5. CONFIDENTIALITY Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information disclosed during the course of this project that is not publicly available. 6. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR The Contractor is an independent contractor and not an employee of the Client. The Contractor is responsible for all taxes, insurance, and other statutory obligations. 7. TERMINATION Either party may terminate this Agreement with 5 business days written notice. In case of termination by the Client, the Contractor shall be compensated for all work completed up to the termination date on a pro-rata basis. 8. LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES The Contractor warrants that all Services will be performed in a professional and timely manner in accordance with industry standards. 9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration. 10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.
